Morning practices: Generally, 10 & Under swimmers attend the 7:00 am session and 11 & Over swimmers attend the 8:00 am session — but morning practices are flexible. Families are welcome to attend whichever session fits their schedule.
Evening practices: 10 & Under swimmers attend the first hour (6–7 pm) and 11 & Over swimmers attend the second hour (7–8 pm). Due to the high volume of younger swimmers, some strong 9–10 year olds may be placed in the second hour group — coaches will communicate this before the season begins.
