MVP Dolphins Registration Information & Refund Policy

Dear MVP Dolphins Families,

We are so excited for another great summer season! Please read the following information carefully before registering.

Registration Fees

  • First swimmer: $650

  • Second swimmer: $600

  • Each additional swimmer: $550

Eligibility & New Swimmers

We welcome young swimmers, who are the foundation of our team. All new swimmers must be able to swim one length of the pool (25 meters) unaided in at least one stroke.

If you are unsure whether your child meets this requirement, please contact us. A coach can evaluate your child’s readiness if needed.

Practice Expectations

  • Swimmers are encouraged to attend at least three practices per week.

  • Swimmers may attend more practices if they wish.

  • Swimmers 10 & under generally practice during the first hour.

  • Swimmers 11 & older generally practice during the second hour.

  • Some flexibility exists—please contact us with any questions.

Registration Limits & Waitlist

Due to meet restrictions, we may need to limit registration for swimmers aged 10 and under.

We strongly encourage early registration. If your swimmer’s age group is full, please join the waitlist. We may be able to make adjustments prior to the start of the season.

Practice Schedule

Practices will begin the last week of May and run through the end of July.

A tentative schedule is posted on the website. Once the final schedule is announced, families will have 48 hours to notify the team if it does not work for them and receive a full refund.

Refund Policy

Please review the following refund guidelines carefully:

Season Changes

  • If the season is canceled: 95% refund (5% administrative fee retained)

  • If the season is shortened: Families will be contacted regarding applicable refunds

Voluntary Withdrawals

  • Before first practice: 75% refund

  • Within first two weeks of practice: 50% refund

  • After the second week of practice: No refund
